1.  Agreement to Terms

Urbane Sojourners Ltd ("We" or "Us") provides virtual assistant services to individuals and businesses. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

 

2.  Service Description

We provide virtual assistant services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

 

3.  Payment and Billing

Payment for our services is due as outlined in our pricing packages. Invoices will be issued monthly and are due within  7 days of receipt. We accept payment through secure payment gateways. All fees are non-refundable unless  otherwise stated.

Urbane Sojourners Ltd is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All client data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

5.  Data Protection
Data Processing: Clients are responsible for ensuring that any personal data shared with us complies with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

6.  Compliance with Laws

7.  Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services provided.

 

9.  Indemnification
If something goes wrong because of your actions or decisions, you are responsible for covering any costs or damages that arise from it and you agree to protect Urbane Sojourners Ltd from those issues.

10. Amendments
Urbane Sojourners Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with UK laws.
